Shipping & Delivery & Returns
To ensure your order arrives safely, we require a signature for all deliveries.
North Island Delivery
Orders placed before 1pm NZT Monday-Friday will typically be delivered within 3-7 working days. Deliveries are dispatched within 24 hours of payment being received and are booked with various carriers.
Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to follow your delivery's progress.
During peak periods, deliveries may take 10-15 days to arrive. Please note, as rugs are delivered as freight, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery day or time. While we pass on any specific requests to our carrier, we cannot ensure they will be met. For oversized rugs (2.5m and above), someone will need to be on-site to assist with unloading.
All orders requiring Premium Surface Protection will take an additional 2-3 days to arrive.
Delivery does not include installation, our carriers within Auckland will carry your rug into your desired room. North Island Deliveries will deliver the order to your front door.
South Island Delivery
Orders placed before 1pm NZT on a working day will typically be delivered within 5-7 working days. Deliveries are dispatched within 24 hours of payment being received and booked with Bascik.
Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to follow your delivery's progress.
During peak periods, deliveries may take 10-15 days to arrive. As rugs are delivered as freight, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery day or time. While we pass on any specific requests to our carrier, we cannot ensure they will be met. For oversized rugs (2.5m and above), someone will need to be on-site to assist with unloading.

Rural Delivery
For rural addresses, please allow an additional 3-5 days on top of the standard delivery timeframe for your location.

Installation
Delivery does not include installation. If you are based in Tāmaki Makaurau and require installation, please email hello@nodi.co.nz for a quote. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer installation services outside of Auckland at this stage.
International Orders
We ship worldwide. For an accurate shipping quote and the best delivery options for your location, please contact our team at hello@nodi.co.nz.
All international orders are sent via tracked carriers with DHL, FedEx or Nippon. Delivery does not include installation and is door-to-door only. Once your order is dispatched, we will email you a tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery.
Returns
We will happily replace an item if there has been a manufacturing fault. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item by emailing hello@nodi.co.nz.
If you wish to exchange or return an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. Items must be returned within 14 days, in the same condition as received, with original packaging, tags, and appropriately packaged.

Faulty Items: If the item is faulty, the initial shipping fee will be refunded.

Change of Mind: Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility, and a $350 restocking fee will apply.
All returns must be sent via track and trace with a signature required. Depending on the circumstances, we will exchange, replace, issue a credit, or refund the purchase price at our discretion.

Sale items and custom rug orders are final sales and cannot be exchanged, refunded, or returned.

Custom orders require a 50% deposit to confirm. Production for custom orders will begin once the deposit payment has been received in full. The delivery date is subject to our shipping schedule, and the final delivery lead time can be confirmed once production has commenced. Our sales team are available to clarify any questions about these dates through the sales process.
