Stock availability report

Use this report to view our current stock levels by style, colour and batch. Stock on Hand is available for immediate dispatch, “In Production” has an estimated available date as specified. Orders can be placed for both current and incoming stock. Quantities are reported in Linear Metres (LM). This report is kept updated by our Operations team, any questions please reach out using contact details below.

Placing an order with Nodi

Stocked Range

Core colour skus are stocked in standard 4m wide rolls.

Available stock by batch can be viewed in the Stock On Hand report.

Delivery: Where stock is on hand at our Auckland warehouse, delivery lead time is (North Island) 5 working days and (South Island) 10 working days. Delivery lead time commences once the deposit payment is received and all orders are delivered direct to your warehouse. 

To place an order - 

  • Send your Purchase Order to orders@nodi.co.nz
  • Nodi will check the availability of stock and delivery requirements. If we have any questions our team will be in touch to confirm details.
  • On confirming availability, Nodi will send a Sales Invoice to you
  • Orders are secured when the 50% deposit payment is received
  • Orders will be dispatched in line with the agreed delivery date in the Sales Invoice

Custom (made to order)

Nodi Custom Products include: 

  • Core colour skus in 4.5m or 5m widths
  • Custom colour collection in 4m, 4.5m and 5m widths.

Refer to the catalogue for the current core and custom colour collections.

Minimum Order: A minimum order of 25sqm is required for the custom colour collection. 

There is no minimum order for core colours.

Production of custom orders: Custom orders are hand woven to order and our standard production lead time is 22 weeks. Orders are placed monthly - you can view the next custom order cut off date and estimated available date in New Zealand via the Stock Availability Report

We will confirm delivery lead times with you as part of the order confirmation stage. 

Delivery: Once stock is on hand at our Auckland warehouse, delivery lead time is (North Island) 5 working days and (South Island) 10 working days. All orders are delivered directly to your warehouse. 

Quantified Plans: As custom products are made to order, we recommend that your clients plans are final and correct, or you have sufficient contingency in the quantity ordered, to avoid the risk of having insufficient carpet to complete the installation.

  • Nodi will confirm availability of production and lead times. If we have any questions our team will be in touch to confirm details.
  • On confirming production availability Nodi will send a Sales Invoice to you.
  • A 50% deposit payment is required before the order is committed to our production schedule.
  • Delivery is subject to our shipping schedule, and the final delivery lead time can be confirmed once production has commenced.
  • Orders will be dispatched in line with the agreed delivery date in the Sales Invoice

Point of Sale materials

Re-ordering Samples

Nodi stocks two sample sizes for our Retail partners:

  • 15x15cm - Colour swatch reference sample 
  • 27x57cm - Take home sample

To place an order for stocked 15x15cm samples:

  • Use this Order Form to select samples for re-order
  • Submit the order to orders@nodi.co.nz
  • Order quantities are subject to approval and availability, we’ll be in touch with any questions.
  • Orders will be dispatched within 3 working days by courier to our Retail Partners warehouse.

We have provisioned for replenishment of one 27x57cm loan sample set annually. If you require replacement loan samples, please contact your Nodi Sales Rep directly to discuss your requirement. Any additional replenishment requests beyond this annual allocation will be subject to Nodi approval and production availability.

Custom Samples

If you require a custom-size sample for your Point of Sale, please contact your Nodi Sales Rep directly to discuss your requirement. Custom sizes are subject to Nodi approval and production availability.
