Stock Availability Report

This report shows current carpet stock by style, colour, and batch. "Stock on Hand" is ready for immediate dispatch, and "In Production" includes an estimated availability date. Orders can be placed for both. ⁠Quantities are shown in linear metres (LM). For rugs, select the “Nodi Rugs” tab — quantities are listed as units. Our Operations team updates this report frequently. If anything is unclear, please get in touch using the details below.

Placing an Order with Nodi

Stocked Range

Core colour skus are stocked in standard 4m wide rolls.

Available stock by batch can be viewed in the Stock Availability Report report.

Delivery: Where stock is on hand at our Auckland warehouse, delivery lead time is (North Island) 5 working days and (South Island) 10 working days. Delivery lead time commences once the deposit payment is received and all orders are delivered direct to your warehouse. 

To place an order:

  • Send your purchase order to orders@nodi.co.nz
  • Nodi will confirm availability of stock and lead times.
  • Nodi will send a Sales Invoice

Custom (made to order)

Our Made to Order products include our Made to Order colour range. Please refer to the catalogue for details.


Minimum Order:

A minimum order of 25sqm is required for the custom colour collection. 

Production of custom orders:

Custom orders are handwoven to order and our standard production lead time is 22 weeks. Orders are placed monthly. You can view the next custom order cut off date and estimated available date in New Zealand via the Stock Availability Report

We will confirm delivery lead times with you as part of the order confirmation stage. 

Delivery:

Once stock is on hand at our Auckland warehouse, delivery lead time is (North Island) 5 working days and (South Island) 10 working days. All orders are delivered directly to your warehouse. 

Quantified Plans:

As custom products are made to order, we recommend that your clients plans are final and correct, or you have sufficient contingency in the quantity ordered, to avoid the risk of having insufficient carpet to complete the installation. 

To place an order:

  • Send your purchase order to orders@nodi.co.nz
  • Nodi will confirm availability of stock and lead times.
  • Nodi will send a sales invoice
  • Orders confirmed when 50% deposit payment is received.
  • Delivery is subject to our shipping schedule, and the final delivery lead time can be confirmed once production has commenced.
  • Orders will be dispatched in line with the agreed delivery date in the sales invoice.

Point of Sale Materials

Re-ordering Samples

Nodi stocks two sample sizes for our Retail partners:

  • 15x15cm - Colour swatch reference sample 
  • 27x57cm - Take home sample

To place an order for stocked 15x15cm samples:

  • Use this Order Form to select samples for re-order
  • Submit the order to orders@nodi.co.nz
  • Order quantities are subject to approval and availability, we’ll be in touch with any questions.
  • Orders will be dispatched within 3 working days by courier to our Retail Partners warehouse.

We have provisioned for replenishment of one 27x57cm loan sample set annually. If you require replacement loan samples, please contact your Nodi Sales Rep directly to discuss your requirement. Any additional replenishment requests beyond this annual allocation will be subject to Nodi approval and production availability.
