Placing an order with Nodi
Core colour skus are stocked in standard 4m wide rolls.
Available stock by batch can be viewed in the Stock On Hand report.
Delivery: Where stock is on hand at our Auckland warehouse, delivery lead time is (North Island) 5 working days and (South Island) 10 working days. Delivery lead time commences once the deposit payment is received and all orders are delivered direct to your warehouse.
To place an order -
- Send your Purchase Order to orders@nodi.co.nz
- Nodi will check the availability of stock and delivery requirements. If we have any questions our team will be in touch to confirm details.
- On confirming availability, Nodi will send a Sales Invoice to you
- Orders are secured when the 50% deposit payment is received
- Orders will be dispatched in line with the agreed delivery date in the Sales Invoice
Nodi Custom Products include:
- Core colour skus in 4.5m or 5m widths
- Custom colour collection in 4m, 4.5m and 5m widths.
Refer to the catalogue for the current core and custom colour collections.
Minimum Order: A minimum order of 25sqm is required for the custom colour collection.
There is no minimum order for core colours.
Production of custom orders: Custom orders are hand woven to order and our standard production lead time is 22 weeks. Orders are placed monthly - you can view the next custom order cut off date and estimated available date in New Zealand via the Stock Availability Report
We will confirm delivery lead times with you as part of the order confirmation stage.
Delivery: Once stock is on hand at our Auckland warehouse, delivery lead time is (North Island) 5 working days and (South Island) 10 working days. All orders are delivered directly to your warehouse.
Quantified Plans: As custom products are made to order, we recommend that your clients plans are final and correct, or you have sufficient contingency in the quantity ordered, to avoid the risk of having insufficient carpet to complete the installation.

- On confirming production availability Nodi will send a Sales Invoice to you.
- A 50% deposit payment is required before the order is committed to our production schedule.
- Delivery is subject to our shipping schedule, and the final delivery lead time can be confirmed once production has commenced.
- Orders will be dispatched in line with the agreed delivery date in the Sales Invoice
