Sale Timing
When does the sale finish?
The sale finishes in-store on Saturday 28 February at 5pm. Online purchases are available until midnight Sunday 1 March (NZT).
What are your showroom hours during the sale?
We will be open 7 days. Monday to Saturday from 10am to 5pm, and Sunday from 10am to 3pm.
Pricing & Discounts
Can I use my Trade discount on sale items?
No. Trade discounts are not applicable to sale items. All sale prices are final and cannot be combined with any other offer.
Why are rugs of the same size different prices?
Pricing reflects product type and quantity available. Lower-priced items may be ex-display or seconds.
Payment
What payment methods are accepted in-store?
We accept the following: Credit card, exact cash (no change held onsite). Please note, American Express is not accepted.
Can I pay over the phone?
If available online, we recommend purchasing via our website. Otherwise, our showroom team can call you back to process payment.
Can I Click & Collect?
No. Click & Collect is not available during the sale. All orders will be dispatched.
Seconds & Ex-Display
What does “Display Stock” mean?
These rugs were previously used in our showroom. They are not damaged unless stated, but may show light signs of handling. By purchasing Seconds or Display Stock items, you acknowledge and accept their condition.
Samples & Appro
Can I order samples?
Yes. Up to 5 samples may be sent free of charge. Orders are dispatched within 1 working day.
Can I take a rug home on Appro?
No. Appro is not available during the Sale period.
Shipping, Delivery & Returns
Can you deliver upstairs?
In Auckland (excluding Waiheke): Yes (delivery only, no unrolling). Outside Auckland: Delivered inside your front door only.
Do you ship to Australia?
Free delivery is only available to New Zealand addresses. We can dispatch to addresses in Australia at an additional cost, please contact us for information.
Can I return a sale item?
No. All sales are final sale. No returns, exchanges, refunds or store credits are offered on sale products. This includes (but is not limited to) change of mind, incorrect size, colour, or style.
Is there a warranty on sale rugs?
Sale products remain covered by NODI’s standard manufacturing defect warranty, unless otherwise stated at the point of sale. The warranty does not cover known defects disclosed for Seconds or Display Stock items.
When will I receive my rug?
Delivery timeframes during our sale period may be slightly longer than usual. Once your order has been dispatched, our Operations team will be in touch to confirm delivery details.
Full Sale Terms & Conditions
These Sale Terms & Conditions apply only to products purchased during the Nodi Annual Sale event. They should be read together with our standard Terms & Conditions of Sale (nodi.co.nz/pages/resource-library), except where varied below. In the event of any inconsistency, these Sale Terms & Conditions take precedence.

1. Definitions
- NODI means NODI Handmade Rugs Limited.
- Customer / You means the individual, company, or other entity purchasing goods from NODI.
- Goods means all rugs, carpets and related products sold by NODI during the Annual Sale, including Sale, Seconds, and Ex Display items.
2. Final Sale Policy

All products sold during the NODI Annual Sale are Final Sale.

No returns, exchanges, refunds, or store credits are offered on Sale products.

This includes (but is not limited to) change of mind, incorrect selection, size, colour, or style.

This policy does not limit your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
3. Seconds & Ex Display Products

Items sold as Seconds or Ex Display are sold with known defects or imperfections.

These defects will be clearly identified at the point of sale.

By purchasing Seconds or Ex Display items, you acknowledge and accept the disclosed condition of the product.
4. Pricing & Payment

All Sale purchases must be paid in full (100%) upfront.

Orders are only confirmed once full payment has been received by NODI.

Prices are as marked during the Sale period and are valid only for the duration of the Sale event.

Sale prices are final and cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, offers, or trade pricing.
5. Delivery & Lead Times

Delivery timeframes during the Annual Sale may be slower than normal due to increased order volumes.

Estimated delivery or dispatch timeframes are indicative only and not guaranteed.

NODI is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond its reasonable control, including carrier delays.
6. Inspection & Acceptance

You (or your appointed representative) must inspect Goods upon delivery.

Any claims relating to transit damage or discrepancies must be notified to NODI in writing within 48 hours of delivery.

If no notification is received within this timeframe, the Goods will be deemed accepted in full and in good condition.
7. Warranty & Defects

Sale products remain covered by NODI’s standard manufacturing defect warranty, unless otherwise stated at the point of sale.

The warranty does not cover known defects disclosed for Seconds or Ex Display items.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Except as required by law, NODI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the purchase or use of Sale products.
- Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability where such limitation is not permitted under applicable consumer protection laws.
9. Title & Risk
- Title to Goods passes only once full payment has been received by NODI. Risk in the Goods passes to you upon delivery.
10. Governing Law
- These Sale Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
11. Acknowledgement
- By purchasing during the NODI Annual Sale, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Sale Terms & Conditions.
